Material Range

We stamp ferrous and non-ferrous metals from 0.1mm ultra-thin foils to 5mm plates — with in-house sourcing and full material traceability.

SPCC

Cold-rolled carbon steel — the workhorse for brackets, clips and general-purpose stamping.

SUS304 / 301 / 430

Stainless steel for corrosion resistance and spring temper — 301 for spring contacts, 304/430 for housings and shields.

Aluminum

Lightweight and conductive — ideal for heat sinks, housings and weight-sensitive assemblies.

Phosphor Bronze

High fatigue strength and excellent conductivity — first choice for spring contacts and terminals.

Brass

Easy to machine and stamp, with good conductivity — widely used for connectors and screw-machine parts.

Nickel Silver

Corrosion-resistant with a bright finish — used for EMI shields, contacts and decorative hardware.

SGCC

Hot-dip galvanized steel — cost-effective rust protection for outdoor and structural parts.

SECC

Electro-galvanized steel — smooth surface and good EMI shielding for enclosures and chassis.

SPTE

Tinplate with excellent solderability and corrosion resistance — for shielding cans and battery parts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions our customers ask most. Still need help? Our team is one message away.

What materials can you stamp?

We stamp both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including SPCC, SUS304/301/430, aluminum, phosphor bronze, brass, nickel silver, SGCC, SECC and SPTE. Material thickness ranges from 0.1mm ultra-thin foils up to 5mm plates. If you need a specialty alloy not listed here, send us your drawing — we source and validate on request.

What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ depends on the part and tooling. For existing tooling, we can support low-volume orders starting from a few thousand pieces. For new projects requiring custom tooling, MOQ is typically 10,000–50,000 pieces to justify the die investment. We're happy to discuss your specific case — small batch and prototype runs are welcome.

How fast can you provide a quote?

Within 24 hours of receiving your 2D/3D drawings. Our engineering team reviews your files and returns a quotation together with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback — so you get both pricing and actionable suggestions in one reply.

Do you provide English inspection reports?

Yes. We issue FAI (First Article Inspection) reports, material certificates and dimensional inspection reports — all written in English. CMM inspection data and salt spray test results are available on request, so your QA team can review everything without a translation step.

Can you handle small batch orders?

Absolutely. Our high-speed presses are efficient for large-volume runs, but we regularly support small batch, prototype and sample orders as well. Whether you need 500 pieces for validation or 5 million for mass production, we'll find a workable setup for your project.

What is your lead time?

Typical lead times: sampling 7–15 days after tooling is ready; mass production 15–30 days depending on order volume and material availability. Tooling fabrication itself usually takes 15–25 days for new dies. We'll confirm an exact schedule in your quotation, and our SQE team keeps you updated at every milestone.
